Group sessions
At each session, you’ll have the chance to share your experiences and ideas with people with similar healthy lifestyle goals.
Local venues or virtual – your choice, your way.
You can choose to attend your sessions in person at a community venue close to you, or virtually, via Microsoft Teams.
Amara Health app
We’ll give you 24/7 access to the AmaraHealth™ app. You can use it to track your food intake, mood and more. You can even set goals too.
After the programme
We’ll continue helping you with your healthy lifestyle goals with six month and 12-month reviews.
