Group sessions
At each session, you’ll have the chance to share your experiences and ideas with people with similar weight-loss and healthy lifestyle goals.
Local venues or virtual – your choice, your way.
You can choose to attend your sessions in person at a community venue close to you, or virtually, via Microsoft Teams.

We’ll give you 24/7 access to the AmaraHealth™ app. You can use it to track your food intake, your weight, mood and more. You can even set goals too.
After the programme
We’ll continue helping you with your weight-loss and healthy lifestyle goals with six month and 12-month reviews.
