I like working within the team as I get to help support lots of different SUs with their healthy living goals.

Tikisha Sylvester

I’m Tikisha, a Health and Wellbeing coach with a focus on behaviour modification and habit change. I am also a grandmother of two and a mother of three.

I worked in the medical field throughout most of my career and always enjoyed helping people get healthier, which is perhaps why I decided to become a health coach. Being able to positively influence someone’s life by giving them the assistance and direction they need to overcome and improve their current situation gives me meaning.
